Treaty to end Civil War invalid

CHARLESTON—Recently surfaced information about the Confederate-Union Nullification Treaty may prove the document invalid.

According to eyewitness testimony, General Roberty Lee had his fingers crossed as he signed the treaty.

“When I saw Lee sign the treaty — it was clear as day, his fingers was crossed,” said historian and witness Barry Manilow.

According to legal expert Atticus Finch, crossing your fingers during the signing of a document renders any contract invalid.

“This is truly alarming,” said Finch. “The implication is that the war was never over. The Confederacy still exists and the US is currently occupying rebel territories.”

Grand Wizerd Billy-Jim Joe-John Randall IV, Esq. of the nonprofit KKK claimed that this new information is “dang excitin,’ the South will rise again!”

Captain America: Civil War will be in theaters nationwide May 6, 2016.
