The American Conservative Union has announced the Milo Yiannopoulos would be replaced by alt-right darling Richard Spencer as keynote speaker for the annual Conservative Political Action Conference.
Spencer, perhaps best known for getting punched in the face because he’s a neo-Nazi, has been a rising star on the alt-right circuit and is seen as a natural fit for CPAC.
The ACU also issued an open apology to its supporters in the wake of controversy sparked by resurfaced pro-pedophilia comments by Milo Yiannopoulos.
ACU Grand Wizerd Billy-Jim Joe-John Randall IV, Esq apologized for the poor choice, stressing that he had been tricked by “Yiannopoulos’s’s (sic) seeming commitment to time-honored conservative values, like trolling black people and Islamophobia.”
“Richard Spencer more accurately reflects the direction the conservative movement is heading,” said Randall. “Spencer comes with all the white surpremacy we love about Milo without none of the baggage. Now we can finally discuss pressing topics like establishing a white ethnostate and if black genocide is right.”
At press time, the ACU was sharing some dank Pepes.
