Disney is charging the US Department of Veterans Affairs with patent violation a week after VA Secretary Robert McDonald attempted to downplay VA wait times by comparing them to lines at Disney parks.
“It is a travesty that the VA thinks it can just steal our signature, lengthy waiting line technology and just give it away for free,” said Disney spokesman Michael Mouse. “Disney already offers discounted rates to military families. Haha!”
Mouse stressed that the lawsuit might not have been necessary if it weren’t for the VA’s poor application of the line technology reflecting badly on the Disney brand.
“The VA is doing something wrong,” said Mouse. “The survival rate in Disney wait lines is almost a full two times greater. Haha!”
